I've now moved the Bridgewood pages onto their own site, www.bridgewood.org.uk , along with the Open Air BDSM listings. This is primarily in the hope of getting better Google rankings for searches including "bridgewood", but it also simplifies things a bit and makes it easier to send people the website's address.

I'd held off doing it because Google penalises you in the rankings for having the same content on multiple sites, and yet I want my Bridgewood weblog posts to appear on www.tanos.org.uk and www bridgewood org uk. However, closer reading of Google's help pages suggested explicitly telling Google to ignore the www tanos org uk version of pages that appear on www bridgewood org uk. That avoids diluting the rankings, and makes sure people searching for woodland BDSM pages find the www bridgewood org uk copies.

Weblog posts about the wood are now also copied onto Twitter, and I've updated the white, green and black logo at the top left of the pages.

As you've probably guessed from all that, I'm hoping to get things going this year
