Bridgewood :
Weblog : "Fencing trip and more photos"
Fencing trip and more photos
Posted by Tanos on Sun 25 Apr 10, 9:40 PM
Yesterday mia and I went down to Bridgewood with a van load of fencing, both some 6ft high boundary fencing and some wire panels for a "secure" area within the wood itself. I'll be posting more about this once it's assembled.
I've also uploaded some more pictures today, including the new wooden signpost at the T-Junction.
The first picture shows
Eric's Gate in its new location in a small, specially cut clearing that opens off the Middle Ride. It's quite secluded and intimate, but there's still room to "swing a cat" (or any other type of flogger for that matter.)
The next two pictures show the signpost in the
T-Junction
including a view down the start of the North Ride that I blogged about
after
Hallowe'en last year. You can now see the best part of a hundred metres, whereas there were still some overhanging branches and bushes to clear in last autumn's weblog post.

(I welcome comments and feedback, although I don't guarantee to show
them all
and they won't appear immediately. My
